Complete Class Schedule
Using a variety of weights, fitness balls or
step, we do serious resistance training for upper body, lower
body and finish up with core working with an emphasis on abdominal
exercises, using some Pilates principles. Our goal is to challenge
the class as much as possible while keeping the exercises safe.
If the exercises are too challenging we try to give a variety
of options to keep that exercise safe for each individual.
We teach a Total Body format aerobics class:
In 45 minutes we do cardio, sculpt and stretch, focusing on core
muscles. The cardio portion includes basic Kick Box moves in addition
to step and high/lo. The format varies to offer interest and avoid
boredom of both the muscles and the mind. Get it all done and
be on your way in 45 minutes!
