This is the question that unfortunately goes unanswered after far too many fitness assessments. You ... the consumer ... have a professional, color, bound report with your name on it and no real plan for implementing what should be the most important component of a fitness assessment.

What the tests are. What the tests are not.

2. We apply our knowledge and skills to assess your physical “current state” and as needed to construct a plan to reach your desired “future state”. We provide a plan with crystal clear goals and measurements answering the question:

“Are we making progress in reaching our intended goal? If not, are we taking the necessary corrective measures?”

3. We are not clinically oriented. We are not here to address issues more appropriately answered by a medical professional. We will coordinate with your chosen medical professional and implement prescribed / monitored corrective measures (within our area of expertise). For example, we will collaborate with your physical therapist to implement a prescribed set of exercises required for your rehabilitation.

What is a metabolic measurement? ... or “RMR” tells you how many calories your body burns in a day.

The end result of a TriFit Fitness Assessment is a printed report detailing your “current state” (your current physical condition) with a clear direction down the path to your desired “future state” (the physical condition you would like to achieve).

This “total body” computerized assessment uses both “real time” data taken by the TriFit system (e.g. body composition using a skin fold technique) and data provided by you or your doctor (e.g. blood chemistries, cholesterol level, and family history such as cancer, problem pregnancy, heart disease etc).
