WHY you decided to do this: Always wanted to run a marathon. I think I'm "one and done", but I know I'll end up eating those words...

How you trained for the marathon: 10-12 week program including several 22-23 mile trainers, 800 meter speed runs, and 10 mile race pace runs. Was running 3-4 times a week for a total of 35-40 miles a week. Almost decided to quit after my first 22 mile trainer in Boulder...
